Wendy Williams believes meaningful conversations drive real change. By collaborating with families, teachers, and mentors, she provides personalized, effective guidance for each student.

Using questionnaires, teacher input, psycho-educational evaluations, and academic performance insights, Wendy tailors recommendations to each student’s needs. Depending on age, assessments like personality tests, learning inventories, career evaluations, and standardized mock exams (SSAT, SAT, ACT) may also be used.

As a wife and mother of three, Wendy has helped over 2,000 students and visited hundreds of college campuses. With a holistic approach, she considers majors, student fit, retention, and financial factors, ensuring students connect their passions with academic success.

Her counseling expertise brings clarity and confidence, even for anxious students. With Wendy’s guidance, students leave the process organized, excited, and ready to succeed.

Carol Molino’s passion for college admissions counseling began when her oldest daughter went through the Williams Educational Consultants program. With three college graduates and a master’s graduate, she understands that every student’s journey is unique. Carol helps students highlight their strengths and find their best-fit university while fostering self-awareness and confidence.

With a strong business background in underwriting and membership coordination, Carol brings professionalism, leadership, and dedication to education. A certified Independent Educational Consultant, she has served as a college advisor, PTA President, scholarship committee member, and grant writer, earning the 2017 All-Star Volunteer Award.

Based in Chicago, Carol holds a BSBA in marketing and insurance and a Certificate in College Counseling. She is a member of IECA and enjoys traveling, golf, cooking, and volunteering in her free time.
